On fake notes and animal bones

The recent hot news is about alleged presence of animal bones in ayurvedic medicines made by Swami Ramdev's organisation. A minister in central govt quickly confirmed within a day that it was all true. Wonder whether they will move at same speed with a verdict if a major cola was alledged to have pesticide (remember that story of not so long ago...).

The issue was raised by the prominent communist party along with some labour related issues. As it was to happen, the labour issues got muffled in the din and noise. Sometime back, communist party made representation to PM (yes) about fake note having been delivered by ATM machine in Kolkata. While it is serious, I cannot understand if the representatives of aam aadmi are doing the right job in raising the right issues in the right way.

There are many serious issues affecting labour in the country. But the left parties are doing more harm than good by expending energies on raking up minor issues, and then confusing the real issue with animal bones! Why wouldn't the Brinda Karats raise issues about minimum wages for all labour, not just employed in Swami Ramdev's organisation. The left and other parties needs to pursue real agenda, but that takes difficult decisions by all, which they want to avoid. So it is just news making which happens, and ultimately it is media which laughs its way to the bank.
